Notes:
If Cod amount is 0-25,000/- claim would be up to 80% of product cost
If COD amount is 25000+ Courier Ninja will not entertain any claim
Shipper using Courier Ninja flyers or approved packaging only then the claim will be entertained otherwise it will be rejected
No claim will be entertained in case of theft and snatching
Total claim processing time is 15 working days
